Missing Purchased Stamps
I have not found my stamps in my postal box. Our postman is constantly putting past tenets mail in my box. Not just my box but other tenants as well. The mailboxes is full of missed delivered mail where tenets stick letters on top of the mailbox for the postman to re-deliver. I am thinking my stamps were put on the wrong mailbox. I too have seen my mail on top of the box. The joke is to check the top for your mail then check your mailbox for the rest. I was recently isick and then hospitalized., and was unable to retrieved my mail for a couple of weeks. Please look into this matter for me. Thank you.
